She completed a Bachelor of Laws (Class I Honours) and Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice (Distinction) at Griffith University and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law.
Fleur’s experience extends to criminal defence, traffic charges, driver licence applications, and domestic violence matters. She has appeared in State Courts across Queensland, including as a solicitor advocate on sentences, bail applications, and summary trials.
Fleur has a passion for criminal defence law. Confident in Court, Fleur is well versed at thinking on her feet, allowing her to always provide the best possible advocacy for her clients. Her Courtroom skills are supported by her thorough preparation, research, and well-written submissions. Her professionalism and verbal and written communication skills allow her to achieve excellent sentencing outcomes for her clients.
Further, Fleur regularly engages in case conferencing with prosecutions and has a very high success rate in negotiating through written submissions to have charges discontinued or downgraded.

Through her thoughtful and empathetic nature, she aims to build excellent rapport and trust. She has a deep commitment to social justice and achieving the very best outcomes for her clients. She is acutely aware that the issues faced by criminal defendants often involve social disadvantage, mental health, and addiction and is sensitive to these factors while working to defend her clients’ rights and integrity.
Fleur appears almost daily in Magistrate and District Courts between Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, and the Gold Coast.
