• Grant of Probate and Letters of Administration – if you are the executor of an estate you will need to apply to the Supreme Court for a Grant or Probate or Letters of Administration;
• Contesting a Will – if you have been excluded from a Will you may be able to make a Family Provision Claim, or if a Claim has been made against an estate of which you are the executor we can assist you to defend it.
